Neck–shoulder massage

  • Relaxation, stress/office syndrome/localized tightness/migraine/better sleep Neck–shoulder massage effectively relieves muscle stiffness from office syndrome. Basic techniques include applying pressure to points at the base of the skull (suboccipital area), kneading the shoulder muscles, and deep friction to improve blood circulation and reduce pain. Massage gently, alternating with stretching, and if the pain is severe, consult a professional. Massage oil or Thai balm can be used.
